Our Community Care Committee is looking for a few handy people to replace the handymen who have been doing the odd jobs around our community, including maintaining our infrastructure. The handymen we have relied upon for the past five years have run out of handy. Here's an example of an odd job that needs to be taken care of at the moment. One of our signs along the pond has come off its post. To volunteer, please send an email to HOA@crownpointemadison.com.

One of our Board Members will be leaving this summer for the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Board is therefore seeking a replacement to serve out the rest of this year. If you wish to volunteer, please send an email to HOA@crownpointemadison.com.

The pool is scheduled to open to all residents and their guests on May 1, 2026. The opening process will begin soon, with our contractor uncovering the pool and shocking it with high concentrations of chemicals. The pool will remain closed during the opening process. Swimming in the chemical soup is UNSAFE. Please ensure you and your family members stay out. The pool is scheduled to close on Oct 15, 2026, and the pool renovation will begin shortly thereafter.

Our HOA Board is alerting everyone to some issues we have experienced with children riding electric bikes and a dirt bike on our trail system and bridges. We do not know if these children are from our community or outside of it. However, we remind everyone that, except for authorized vehicles, such as our landscaper's mowers, motorized vehicles of any kind are prohibited on our trail system and bridges.
