AMENITIES

Crown Pointe offers a pool, clubhouse, walking and biking paths, sidewalks throughout the community, lots of open greenspace and two ponds

Pool

The pool is co-located  with our clubhouse. In addition to the 2500SF main pool, we have a small children's pool.

The clubhouse is located at 121 Fernbridge Blvd

Trail System

We have a mile of HoA maintained trails through our common areas. We also have over three and a half miles of city maintained sidewalks.

Ponds

We have two ponds as part of our community. One is 3/4 of an acre, the other is 1 1/4 acre. Both are stocked with fish; catch & release only.
