Our Covenants
The Crown Pointe HoA is an organization to which we are all legally and financially part of as residents in the neighborhood. Therefore, we are also obligated to abide by its requirements and responsibilities.
Architectural Control Committee
No exterior construction, addition, erection, or alteration shall be made unless and until plans and specifications showing at least the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, colors, and location shall have been submitted in writing to and approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee.

A full and complete Application for Architectural Approval must be submitted for any exterior work covered under the CC&R. If (a) any Improvements are initiated, installed, maintained, altered, replaced or relocated on any Lot or Dwelling without Architectural Control Committee approval of the plans and specifications for the same or (b) the Architectural Control Committee shall determine that any approved plans and specifications for any Improvements or the approved landscaping plans for any Lot or Dwelling are not being complied with, then, in either event the Owner of such Lot or Dwelling shall be deemed to have violated this Declaration and the Architectural Control Committee shall have the right to exercise any of the rights and remedies set forth in Section 11 of the CC&R.
