NOTICES:

In accordance with our CC&R, a quorum of 35% of all households must be present at the annual meeting, in person or by proxy, in order to vote on amendments to the CC&R. Since we have 276 households in our community, we need 97 households to be represented in order to vote on amendments.

A quorum is not required for the election of Board members.

If you are interested in becoming a Board member please submit your name no later than October 23, 2024.

Proposed Amendments
1. The HOA will publish to the HOA website a yearly budget that is updated semi-annually and also post a quarterly report by officers to members.
2. All funds not needed for monthly bills will be deposited to interest-bearing account.[s].
3. All checks will require an officer's signature and checks over $2000.00 will require two[2] signatures by officers.
4. The quarterly reports must include comments from each officer of the HOA and can include comments from various committee members.
5. The annual HOA will be raised to $ 700.00 per property per year with at least $200.00 of the $700.00 dues deposited in a new LONG Term Maintenance Account[s]. If after five[5] years the annual dues can be reduced if all reserves are fully funded.
