New Clubhouse AC System On The Way

We have accepted a bid from Blake Brothers for a 5-ton Lennox AC system SEER 17. The price includes all parts & labor required for installation and haul-away, and a 12-year parts and labor warranty.

Scheduling is still to be determined, but the worst case is Jul 19.
