MAJOR UPDATE -- PLEASE SHARE
The church is no longer available to us on Nov 16th. Therefore we are shifting the HOA Annual Meeting to Nov 18th. Still at the church. Still 6pm - 8pm. You should receive formal notice of the meeting, with sample ballot and proxy form, via snail mail in a day or two or three. The meeting date on that notice will be Nov 16. Please update to the 18th. We will be sending our a second formal notice via snail mail about the change to the 18th.
We regret the confusion and inconvenience this will cause, but it is beyond our control.
