The date for our Annual HOA Meeting - Nov 16 - is fast approaching. Part of our preparation is collecting proposed amendments to our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (aka the Rules), and letting you read them well before the meeting convenes. So far, we have received five proposed amendments.
We have posted all of them on this web site (https://www.crownpointemadison.com/annual-meeting). As we receive more we will add them to that page. The Good Idea Cut Off Date, that is the day we will stop accepting proposed amendments for consideration at this meeting is Nov 2, 2021.
If we get enough homeowners to participate in the Annual Meeting, either in person or by proxy (more on that later), we can vote to approve or disapprove each amendment. How many need to attend? Glad you asked. We need 97 households to be present, in person or by proxy, in order to hold a vote.
